The Oklahoma Division Executive Committee is meeting at Martin Park Nature Center in OKC at 9am to walk the trail and form a plan for the 2026 Walk in the Forest event.

Forestry Forward Summit
September 23-24, Texarkana, AR
Join landowners, conservationists, foresters, industry innovators, tribal leaders, and researchers to identify shared priorities for the future of southern pine forests in Arkansas, Louisiana, and Texas. The goal of this summit is to spark new partnerships, pilot projects, research, and market opportunities and build a regional network of practice linking research, policy, and on-the-ground action.

Ouachita SAF Annual Meeting
November 5th & 6th at Mt. Magazine Lodge, AR
With a theme of "The State of Our Forest- Present and Future", the agenda is packed with presentations from forestry professionals and students covering today's forestry research, policy, issues, and successes. We'll celebrate OSAF Awardees at the Awards Banquet, and student research will be showcased during the Student Research Poster Session and Contest. We're excited to see you there!
